We work with farmers across the US and Canada from row crop to specialty crop operations.

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to add to our team remotely in the US. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for helping customers with the platform, answering their questions, and finding solutions to their specific needs. You will assist clients throughout the onboarding process, providing clear communication, next steps, and payment coordination. You will work with the sales and coaching teams to arrange scheduling and ensure smooth handoffs. Through friendly proactive support to the farm families via phone, email, and video, you will ensure that clients feel supported and prepared for their coaching journey.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Explain the Legacy Farmer process and how it connects to the member’s annual goals
  • Orientation: Provide an overview of the internal Legacy Farmer team, clarifying roles and points of contact
  • Scheduling: Confirm and manage onboarding schedules for all new members and coordinate with coaches to ensure calendar alignment and member access
  • Payment: Coordinate and record payment plans and follow up on billing as needed
  • Communication: Clearly communicate the Accountability Policy and No-Show Policy to members, making sure they acknowledge these policies prior to coaching engagement

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding preferred
  • Empathetic, professional, and dependable team player
  • Background in agriculture or experience working with farm and ranch families is highly valued, as it helps build deeper trust and connection with our members
