Remote Call Center Agents are required to have : -High School Diploma -30 Hours of availability per week -6 Months to a year of remote customer service experience -Fully updated computer with Windows 11 OS, Hard Wired Internet connection ( no wifi), a USB Headset, Intel Core i3, i5 processor chip or higher and dual monitor displays
