Principal Fullstack Software Engineer (UI Team)


  • Location: Remote


  • Compensation: $200k$225k Base + Bonus + Equity


  • Stage: Series A Startup (approaching Series B)




The Platform


  • Hyperscale infrastructure optimization platform for Kubernetes and AI (GPU) workloads.


  • Dashboards deliver real-time observability across 100k+ nodes and hundreds of clusters, enabling DevOps/CloudOps teams to optimize performance and cost.




The Role


  • Senior engineer on the UI team (3 engineers, fullstack with UI focus).


  • Work split: 60% UI / 40% backend.


  • Collaborate with Platform team (Kubernetes + Go), Integrations team (Go), UX, and Product.


  • All teams operate with fullstack capabilities.




Responsibilities:


  • Design/implement React/Next.js/TypeScript dashboards for large dynamic datasets (thousands of rows, live metrics).


  • Build/extend APIs & services in Golang.


  • Mentor teammates, contribute daily code.


  • Drive UI performance & caching strategies.


What Were Looking For



  • 8+ years software engineering; senior-level React + TypeScript expertise.




  • Strong in UI optimization, state management, caching at scale.




  • Hands-on Golang experience (APIs & services).




  • Tailwind CSS, MUI, modern frontend patterns.



  • Caching strategies (Redis)



  • Experience or understanding of Containerization & workload orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).




  • Startup or incubator experience preferred.




  • Bonus: Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/OpenTelemetry, Keycloak/IAM, Computer Science (or related degree).
