You will help improve AI systems by providing high-quality human feedback. This includes creating examples of how real users would interact with AI, following clear guidelines (rubrics) to evaluate responses, and reviewing and ranking the AI’s answers for accuracy and reasoning. You may work on different types of projects depending on your experience and skills.u00a0What we’re looking for- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled) in a writing-intensive field from a Top 300 school. – Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning. – Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses. – Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and ability to assess technical aspects of model outputs.
