Quick breakdown of what Im looking for: I currently own 43 locations nationwide and were scaling to 111 by 2030. Im looking for a different caliber of person someone whos a self-starter, doesnt need to be babysat, and is honestly a little sick and tired of the corporate world, office politics, and the glass ceiling. This is a FULLY REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME via ZOOM). We start people part-time (810 hours/week) with a fully flexible schedule. Everything is on Zoom, so its convenient for people with jobs, kids, or busy lives. We help you get licensed in Investments + Life Insurance (typically 45 days). Once licensed, if youre helping 23 families a week, youre earning around $46K/month part-time. Many keep it part-time. Others fire their boss and go full-time with us. For those people, we train them to own their own franchise within 1218 months, and those owners typically earn around $150K+/year. My question: Do you have 810 hours a week to plug into a serious career move like this?
