Job Description:
The Portfolio Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting digital product and technology portfolios through data-driven decision-making, financial tracking, and resource management. This role involves hands-on management of team rosters, budgets, and procurement activities while ensuring accuracy and alignment across cross-functional teams. The coordinator will leverage analytics and visualization tools to produce executive insights, drive operational efficiency, and support leadership reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analytics.
3 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
Proven background in budget tracking, procurement, and financial reporting.
Hands-on expertise in data blending, dashboard development, and multi-system data analysis.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum project management.
Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for dashboards and visualizations.
Excel (Advanced) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
SAP, Oracle Financials, ServiceNow, Jira for finance and process management.
