Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of products.
  • Create and deliver customer success plans that align with client goals and desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote setting.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
