Job Summary The Remote Golf Booking Agent is responsible for assisting clients with booking golf tee times, golf travel packages, and related services while working in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating reservations with golf courses and resorts, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for individual golfers, groups, and golf events. Key Responsibilities Golf Booking & Reservations Book tee times, golf packages, and related services for clients Coordinate with golf courses, resorts, and golf travel partners to secure availability and preferred times Manage group bookings, tournaments, and golf outing reservations Client Consultation & Support Consult with clients to understand golf preferences, destinations, group size, and budget Provide recommendations on courses, resorts, and golf destinations Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after bookings Customer Service & Issue Resolution Handle booking changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments Resolve issues related to tee times, course availability, and payments Provide timely and professional communication with clients and partners Sales & Relationship Management Promote golf packages, upgrades, and add-on services (lodging, transportation, lessons, rentals) Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals Meet or exceed booking and customer satisfaction goals Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate booking records, confirmations, and client documentation Stay informed on course policies, pricing structures, and seasonal availability Follow company procedures and partner agreements Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort using booking systems, email, and phone-based customer support Preferred Experience in travel booking, hospitality, or customer service Knowledge of golf courses, resorts, and golf travel destinations Sales experience or commission-based role familiarity Familiarity with reservation or CRM systems Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and adaptability Relationship-building and consultative sales skills Work Environment & Schedule Fully remote / work-from-home position Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Independent contractor (1099) or employee (W-2), depending on company structure Compensation & Benefits (varies by organization) Competitive commission and/or hourly pay Performance-based incentives Golf and travel discounts Training and ongoing support Why Join Us Work remotely from anywhere Flexible scheduling and autonomy Combine a passion for golf with a customer-focused role Opportunity to grow within a niche travel and booking industry
