Job Summary The Remote Beach Vacation Planner specializes in planning and booking beach and tropical vacations for individuals, couples, families, and groups while working fully remote. This role focuses on delivering personalized travel planning, destination expertise, and exceptional customer service for coastal and island destinations worldwide. Key Responsibilities Beach Vacation Planning & Booking Plan and book beach vacations including resorts, hotels, flights, cruises, and transportation Coordinate travel to popular beach destinations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Florida, California, and international coastal locations Arrange all-inclusive packages, honeymoon trips, family vacations, and group travel Client Consultation & Itinerary Design Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, budget, and group size Recommend beach destinations, resorts, and activities based on client needs Customize itineraries including excursions, dining, spa services, and special experiences Customer Service & Support Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after travel Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, weather-related disruptions, and special requests Provide proactive support during travel disruptions or emergencies Sales & Relationship Management Promote vacation packages, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, insurance, transportation) Build long-term client relationships and referral business Meet or exceed booking and customer satisfaction goals Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate client records, confirmations, and travel documentation Stay current on destination requirements, travel advisories, and supplier policies Follow company procedures, supplier agreements, and industry standards Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort using online booking platforms, email, and phone/video communication Preferred Experience planning beach or tropical vacations (personal or professional) Knowledge of coastal destinations, resorts, and all-inclusive travel Background in travel, hospitality, or sales Commission-based sales experience Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and adaptability Passion for beach, coastal, and tropical travel Work Environment & Schedule Fully remote / work-from-home position Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required Independent contractor (1099) or employee (W-2), depending on agency structure Compensation & Benefits (varies by organization) Competitive commission structure and/or base pay Travel discounts and familiarization opportunities Ongoing training and supplier support Flexible work environment with growth opportunities Why Join Us Work remotely from anywhere Help clients create relaxing and memorable beach vacations Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive, team-oriented culture
