Job Summary The Remote Universal Travel Consultant specializes in planning and booking Universal Parks & Resorts vacations while working fully remote. This role focuses on delivering personalized vacation planning, expert Universal knowledge, and exceptional customer service to create seamless, exciting experiences at Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, and other Universal destinations. Key Responsibilities Universal Vacation Planning & Booking Plan and book Universal vacation packages including park tickets, on-site hotels, transportation, and special experiences Assist clients with Universal Express Pass, VIP tours, special events, and dining options Provide expert guidance on park strategies, ride planning, and seasonal offerings Client Consultation & Support Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences Customize itineraries for families, couples, and group travel Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after travel Customer Service & Issue Resolution Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests Resolve issues related to reservations, park tickets, and accommodations Monitor Universal policy updates and proactively communicate changes to clients Sales & Relationship Management Promote Universal vacation packages, upgrades, and add-on services Build long-term client relationships and referral business Meet or exceed booking and customer satisfaction goals Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate booking records, confirmations, and documentation Stay current on Universal promotions, policies, and planning tools Follow company procedures and supplier agreements Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort using online booking systems and digital communication tools Preferred Experience planning Universal vacations (personal or professional) Familiarity with Universal booking platforms and park systems Background in travel, hospitality, or sales Commission-based sales experience Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and adaptability Enthusiasm for Universal Parks & Resorts Work Environment & Schedule Fully remote / work-from-home position Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required Independent contractor (1099) or employee (W-2), depending on agency structure Compensation & Benefits (varies by organization) Competitive commission structure and/or base pay Travel discounts and familiarization opportunities Ongoing training and supplier support Flexible work environment with growth opportunities Why Join Us Work remotely from anywhere Help clients plan unforgettable Universal vacations Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive, team-oriented culture
