Accountant- Construction
Bellevue WA- Hybrid ( 3 days in office)
$80,000-$95,000 + 10% Bonus DOE
Seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support full cycle subcontract and job cost accounting across multiple construction projects. This role manages pay applications, vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, job cost reviews, journal entries, tax filings, and monthly financial reporting. Works closely with project managers to ensure accurate costing and timely reporting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process subcontractor pay apps, invoices, and credit card purchases
  • Maintain accurate job costing and perform routine reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financials, over/under billing schedules, and tax returns
  • Manage cash balances, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Support audits, financial draws, and vendor documentation

What You Bring:

  • AA/BA in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years accounting experience (construction preferred)
  • Strong Excel and ERP skills; Yardi and Procore preferred
  • Excellent communication, accuracy, and problem solving skills
