Control Systems Verification Project Lead (F130) Jobs Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid role onsite 3 days/2 days remote)Working Pattern: Full-timeWhat you will be doing Develop and implement verification strategies and plans.Lead a team through the verification process, including allocation, coverage, case & procedure development, script development, test execution, results analysis, and reporting.Communicate a clear view of all verification activities and technical risks to stakeholders.Lead investigations of non-conformities to ensure quality standards are maintained.Travel up to 20% between Rolls‑Royce sites and up to 10% other travel.Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of product development engineering experience.Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience.PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.Preferred Requirements Experience with ARP4754A, MIL‑HDBK‑516C, and related industry standards and guidelines.Project management and engineering experience focused on delivery of key engineering & schedule milestones while balancing budget constraints and risk tolerance.Systems verification experience.Gas turbine engine controls experience.What we offer Competitive salary and bonus.Employee support assistance and employee discounts.Hybrid working arrangement, may work remotely up to 2 days per week.Relocation assistance.Rolls‑Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
