They receive thousands of membership inquiries from professionals looking to join their organization every week. As a phone sales representative you will follow up with these applications, conduct a brief qualifying interview, and enroll/sell the qualified applicants using a soft one call close. Compensation & Benefits A competitive base salary – this is commensurate with your skill set and previous experience. Lucrative daily, weekly, & monthly bonuses, commissions, and incentives for hitting certain targets. Most CRC’s earn between $55,000 – $75,000/yr, with the top earners making $100,000/yr+ Personal paid time off; vacation days, sick days Office is closed for all major national holidays 9:00am – 6:00pm EST working hours with a one hour lunch Paid training with our world class staff Unlimited ongoing support and mentorship
