A fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions is recruiting. About the Role The Technical Client Success Manager (CSM) is the bridge between clients and technical delivery teams. This role blends relationship management with technical oversight, ensuring client satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term success planning. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts; track overall account health and manage any required escalations. Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and business reviews, sharing performance insights and strategic recommendations. Keep all documentation up to date within the CRM and planning/roadmap tools. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (service desk, project teams, procurement, back office) to ensure prompt delivery of client requirements. Spot and communicate new roadmap opportunities and potential solution enhancements. Qualifications 35+ years of experience in IT, ideally within a Managed Services setting. Understanding of IT infrastructure components (cloud, servers, backups, networking). Excellent organizational and communication skills with a consultative, client-focused style. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead strategic conversations that support change. Compensation $75000-$85000 per year.Send an email to
