  • Technical Leadership and Development

  • Team size: 5

  • Client Communication, Relationship Management and Support

  • Service Delivery Oversight

  • Process & Policy Development


  • Report to the CTO



Additional responsibilities include involvement with


  • IT Asset Management

  • Security Services

  • Quality Assurance

  • Strategic Planning & Reporting



Experience & Skills


  • 5+ years Professional Services, MSP or similar

  • 2+ years People leadership

  • 7+ years with IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Asset Mgt, ITIL

  • Proven experience supporting external customers

  • Exceptional Communicator (interpersonal, verbal, written)
