Description: The position has a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles, CA A client of TGC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in a fast-paced, professional law firm environment. This role offers a blend of in-office and remote work, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex matters in a growing practice. Key Responsibilities Manage the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through trial and post-trial activities Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial exhibits Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams in multiple locations on large-scale cases Handle federal, state, and administrative litigation filings and procedures Maintain and organize paper and electronic files in compliance with firm policies Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and logistical planning Utilize litigation support tools such as Relativity, DocuSign, ShareFile, SmartSheet Enter attorney time daily, process expense reimbursements, and assist with billing coordination Anticipate attorney needs, proactively manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program (or qualifying experience) 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation and trial attendance Strong background in business/commercial litigation Federal, state, and administrative litigation experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and document management systems Experience with litigation support platforms such as Relativity, DocuSign, ShareFile, and SmartSheet preferred Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor They Offer Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 (based on experience, skills, and location) Comprehensive benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision plans Medical savings accounts Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D Short- and long-term disability benefits Paid time off for holidays, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, bereavement, and military service Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness programs, caregiving support, and employee discounts Long-term stability and a professional, supportive work environment Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office We are an equal-opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
