We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through online chat platforms, providing timely responses, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account concerns Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards Document all interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department Maintain professionalism, empathy, and brand voice in all communications Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written communication and typing skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat/CRM software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote environment High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred
