Help non profits succeed by supporting their pledge drives. What You’ll Do Professionally handle incoming calls from individuals ready to donate. Communicate clearly, share mission info, and process donations securely. Requirements Ideal Candidate High school diploma/equivalent. Call center experience (6 months virtual or 1 year in person). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, detail-oriented, team player. Own Windows 11 PC, USB headset, wired internet. Able to pass background check to earn $17.99/hour. Compensation $12 $15/hour initially, rising to $17.99/hour post-qualification. Note Open to U.S. residents only; excluded states include CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY.
