What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Systems Engineering (HRIT) at XPO:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work, or military experience5 years’ experience building integration solutions across HRMS, Payroll and/or Time & Attendance cloud platforms4+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners and customers with data insights and expertise.Proficient in creating and consuming distributed data services (REST APIs, Messaging Buses) and Web Services development using HTTP, RESTPreferred qualifications:Master’s degree in computer science, business, human resources, or related fieldExperience with delivering integration solutions using Dell Boomi across major HR cloud platformsStrong leadership and proactive communication to coordinate with the project teams and other internal stakeholders. Investigate and propose new technical tools and frameworks to deliver quality products faster. Available for production application deployment and troubleshooting off hours and/or on an on-call basis. Leverages multi-disciplinary expertise to craft inventive technical solutions that fulfill evolving business requirementsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption in HR systems, applying tools like Gemini to deliver innovative technical solutions.Facilitates communication between team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization.
