We work with farmers across the US and Canada from row crop to specialty crop operations.

As we continue to grow at Legacy Farmer, we need the right people to help us deliver on our founding mission: protect the legacy of farm families by providing the tools to take control of their finances. We are currently hiring a Remote Associate Business Coach to assist our customers and senior coaches.

As an Associate Business Coach, you will be responsible for helping seamlessly guide customers into the Legacy Farmer platform, guiding them through entering their balance sheet and cash flow statements. Serving as a main point of contact, you will provide members with a working knowledge of the platform and troubleshoot any issues they may experience. You will work with the Senior coaching team to provide financial advice, assess risk, and monitor client progress. All while learning Legacy’s process and refining your coaching skills to grow into a Business Coach.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers seamlessly into the Legacy Farmer program
  • Business Coaching: Deliver personalized coaching to enhance customers’ financial and operational management
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead customers in making strategic decisions for sustained success
  • Financial Expertise: Utilize ag banking or financial industry background to provide valuable advice
  • Risk Management: Educate customers on risk management and help integrate performance tracking technology
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client progress and adapt strategies as required
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Problem-Solving: Offer innovative solutions to business and financial challenges
  • Collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, and leadership to elevate the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to explain processes and policies clearly and confidently
  • Familiarity with financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow) preferred
  • Prior experience in customer onboarding, client success, or account coordination is a plus
