In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding products, services, or orders Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using provided tools and resources Document customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM systems Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Meet performance metrics such as response time, satisfaction rating, and resolution rate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficient with computers, typing, and navigating multiple systems (CRM, email, chat tools) Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection Preferred Qualifications Experience with helpdesk or customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) Bilingual abilities (especially English + Spanish, French, etc.) Previous remote work experience Work Schedule Flexible shifts available (may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on company needs) Paid training provided Benefits (if applicable) Competitive hourly wage or salary Paid time off / holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Remote work equipment (in some cases) Growth opportunities within the company
