Job Summary The Remote Disney Travel Planner specializes in planning and booking Disney vacations for families, couples, and groups while working fully remote. This role focuses on delivering personalized trip planning, expert Disney knowledge, and exceptional customer service to create magical, stress-free vacation experiences at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and other Disney destinations. Key Responsibilities Disney Vacation Planning & Booking Plan and book Disney vacations including park tickets, resorts, dining, transportation, and special experiences Assist with Disney Cruise Line bookings, itineraries, and onboard activities Provide expert guidance on park strategies, Genie+ / Lightning Lane selections, dining reservations, and special events Client Consultation & Support Consult with clients to understand vacation goals, budgets, and travel preferences Customize itineraries for families, first-time guests, and returning Disney travelers Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after the trip Customer Service & Problem Resolution Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests Resolve booking issues and assist clients with last-minute needs Monitor Disney policy updates and proactively inform clients Sales & Relationship Management Promote Disney vacation packages, upgrades, and special offers Build long-term client relationships and referral business Meet or exceed booking and customer satisfaction goals Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate client records, confirmations, and documentation Stay current on Disney promotions, policies, and planning tools Follow company procedures and supplier agreements Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort using booking platforms, email, and phone/video communication Preferred Experience planning Disney vacations (personal or professional) Familiarity with Disney systems such as My Disney Experience Background in travel, hospitality, or sales Sales or commission-based experience Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and organization Time management and multitasking Problem-solving and adaptability Enthusiasm for Disney destinations and experiences Work Environment & Schedule Fully remote / work-from-home position Flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends may be required Independent contractor (1099) or employee (W-2), depending on agency structure Compensation & Benefits (varies by organization) Competitive commission structure and/or base pay Disney travel discounts and familiarization opportunities Ongoing Disney training and certification programs Flexible work environment with growth potential Why Join Us Work remotely from anywhere Help families create unforgettable Disney vacations Flexible schedule and autonomy Supportive, team-oriented culture
