TITLE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client, a prestigious financial services company, is searching for a Title Insurance Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team remotely from within one of the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach(link removed) This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to make a name for themselves in the Florida title insurance market and beyond.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma is required(link removed)>
- 25 years of proven success in residential and commercial title/real estate industry sales(link removed)>
- Qualifications:
- High-energy sales professional with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.
- Background in title insurance, real estate, or similar fields is required(link removed)>
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually.
- Valid drivers license required for territory travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated territory by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from a variety of sources.
- Execute a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and both virtual and in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives effectively.
- Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and boost brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that support the overall sales objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Monthly commissions in addition to an annual base salary of $60,000-$80,000, performance-based incentives, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan(link removed)>
