What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Linehaul Solutions at XPOMinimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of experience in key functional areas: supply chain management, logistics, decision support systems/technology, transportation management, distribution or procurement functional responsibilities Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools. Including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong communications skills to be able to support cross-functional communication as well as collaboration with senior leadersPreferred qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a supply chain/logistics related area Experience in service center operations or LTL freight experience. Strong project management and analytical skills with a track record of proactively identifying potential issues and formulating solutions and contingency plans. Self-motivated work style; able to set priorities and work independently.
