- Service Delivery Oversight
- Process & Policy Development
Report to the CTO
Additional responsibilities include involvement with
- IT Asset Management
- Security Services
- Quality Assurance
- Strategic Planning & Reporting
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years Professional Services, MSP or similar
- 2+ years People leadership
- 7+ years with IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Asset Mgt, ITIL
- Proven experience supporting external customers
- Exceptional Communicator (interpersonal, verbal, written)
