Job Description:
Pay Range: $57.34hr – $61.34hr
Essential Functions:

40% Lead a team of testers supporting multiple projects and corporate initiatives to deliver test planning and test execution activities.

Analyze complex requirements, operational problems, specifications, and change requests.

Produce comprehensive test plans and test cases to determine the presence and scope of potential code defects.

Ensure accurate and thorough test cases, scripts, and test data with predetermined results are completed within scheduled timelines.

Perform execution of all assigned test cases.

Research and provide technical support for operational and test system defects and propose effective solutions.

20% Lead and manage defect management meetings and triage issues and defects identified during test execution.

Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to research, analyze, and propose solutions for complex technical, operational, and testing scenarios.

Communicate project and testing status to management.

Identify, document, and communicate testing risks and issues to project stakeholders and leadership.

20% Guide and mentor a team of testers supporting projects and daily testing efforts.

Support and collaborate with associates, contractors, and third-party resources.

20% Champion and support the mission and objectives established by leadership by following defined best practices and testing processes.

Education Level:

Bachelor s Degree.
Education Details:

Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and software requirements management.
In Lieu of Education:

In place of a Bachelor s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required, in addition to the required professional experience.

Expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Expert knowledge of software testing requirements and protocols.

Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.

Expert ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex problems.

Advanced experience with hardware, software, database technologies, and network systems.

Proficient experience as a software developer.

Advanced experience with databases and query languages.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent tools.
